We do not take orders by email or social media.

No, we have many items available in the store ready for purchase daily including cupcakes, cheesecakes, minis, jumbos, puppy cakes and more.

We recommend placing an order ahead of time for more than 2 dozen cupcakes, however it is not required.

This varies depending on product:

• Cakes, cookies and pies require 48 hours' notice.
• Cupcakes including standard, mini, jumbo and allergy friendly can be ordered by 6pm the day before pickup.

We do not accept orders more than 4 weeks away except in the case of large events such as weddings and corporate parties.

Our cupcakes are available in the standard, mini and Jumbo sizes.

Cupcake Company is located at 39 Burgess Rd, Harrisonburg, VA 22801.

Hours: Tuesday–Friday 10am–6pm, Saturday 10am–4pm. Closed Sunday and Monday.

Yes, we deliver for free within a 5-mile radius of our shop.

Order online by 6pm the day before, or call our store at 540-217-0611 between 10am–11am for same-day delivery.

There is a $20 minimum order for delivery.

Yes, we deliver to large parties and special events for orders of 8 or more dozen cupcakes. Delivery is based on availability.

The fee is $1.50 per mile round trip from our location.

Not currently. We deliver locally within 5 miles of our Harrisonburg bakery, and to large events of 8+ dozen cupcakes within Virginia.

Our shippable Jar Cakes (cake layered in mason jars, packed with ice packs, and shipped nationwide) are coming soon. Join our email list to be notified when they launch.

We offer 16 flavors per day which can be mixed and matched to create your unique box.

Yes, when ordering 8 or more dozen regular sized cupcakes you can choose from any of our flavors. These flavors must be ordered by the dozen.

Yes — our PuppyCakes are dog-safe treats baked with simple, pup-friendly ingredients (no chocolate, no xylitol, no raisins).

Yes — there is a 15% discount on orders of 4 or more dozen regular sized cupcakes or 12 dozen minis.

Yes — we have many gluten free items that our guests enjoy regularly including cupcakes, cheesecakes, pie cups, brownies and strawberry shortcakes.

We are not a dedicated gluten free facility so there is always a chance for cross contamination. We are happy to answer any questions about ingredients and preparation.

Yes — we offer a variety of cupcakes and cakes that are vegan, dairy free and egg free. These items must be ordered in advance.

We are not able to accommodate sugar free or soy free.

Our cupcakes should be stored at room temperature for up to 3 days. We do not recommend refrigeration, however they do freeze very well.
